Gail Stephens is CEO of the BC Pension Corporation, one of the largest administrators in Canada. The Pension Corporation serves more than 340,000 members in five pension plans covering municipalities, colleges, the public service, teachers, the WCB and MLAs.

Gail was appointed CEO in 2003 and was recently named one of the 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada as well as winning the Association of Women in Finance’s Peak Award for performance and excellence. Gail also served as Winnipeg’s first Chief Administrative Officer. During her tenure, Winnipeg became a Canadian leader in cost effective government and achieved citizen satisfaction ratings of more
