This course is recognized by the Professional Development
and Certification Program for the Procurement, Materiel Management
and Real Property (PMMRP) Community. It is also one of the fundamentals
courses identified as Required Training for PMMRP functional specialists.
This course addresses the legal and policy framework associated
with the management of procurement, materiel and real property in
support of the delivery of government programs. It examines existing
policies, laws, domestic and international agreements and government
initiatives related to the work of PMMRP specialists.

Foundation Framework for Treasury Board Policies;
Procurement Policies;
Materiel Management Policies and Directives;
Real Property Policies, Directives and Standards.
